The first call
Tell us what you have in mind, where the yard is and what bothers you about it. Photos help. We schedule a visit to see the property and talk about your goals.
Design and plan
We measure, note slopes and drainage and draw a plan with materials and layout. You review it, ask questions and adjust. Larger projects may include renderings or samples.
The quote and schedule
You receive a written scope with a price and a timeline. If permits or approvals are required, such as HOA review, we help prepare the information.
Site preparation
The crew protects lawns and utilities, marks the layout and excavates. Excavated soil is hauled or reused. Drainage work happens at this stage, before any surface goes in.
Construction
Base stone is placed and compacted in lifts, edges are set and surfaces are laid. Walls, steps and structures go up in logical order. We keep the site tidy as we go.
Finishing and walk-through
Joints are filled, surfaces cleaned, plants installed and lighting set. We walk the finished project with you, answer questions and provide a simple care guide.
Expect a clear plan, a written scope and a crew that explains each step as it happens.
