A tired yard can become the best room in the house. A good makeover starts with a plan, then builds it in the right order.
Most yards that need a makeover share the same story: a patio that is too small, a slope that nobody uses, beds that grew out of control and a lawn that holds water. Fixing one thing at a time rarely solves the whole problem.
A makeover works best as one design. We walk the lot, find what is working and what is not, and draw a plan that handles drainage and grading first, then builds the hardscape, then plants the beds. The order matters, and so does keeping a clear picture of the finished yard.
Every element drawn together before work starts.
Grading and drainage come before surfaces.
Base, hardscape, structures, planting, then lighting.
Beds scaled to the new layout.
Fewer hand-offs and clearer responsibility.
Big plans can be built in stages.

Yes. We plan the whole yard and build it in stages to match your schedule and budget.
It depends on size and scope. Small yards can take a few weeks and large ones a couple of months. We give a schedule with the plan.
